3:00 - 4:00 PM: Gardening with MORSL Connect with fellow students and nature as we tend to the tranquil interfaith peace garden outside our building. Whether you're brand new to gardening or have a well developed green thumb, all are welcome! Each session starts in the MORSL lounge with intros and snacks before we head outside for whatever tasks await.

11:00 AM:ÌýÌýThis online program is offered by the Charter of Compassion is designed to take you on a transformative journey where the universal language of music becomes a bridge to understanding our shared human experiences, emotions, and values. From the rhythmic beats of African drums to the intricate melodies of Indian ragas, music provides insight into the lives, histories, and identities of people around the world.

6:00 PM: Supper and BibleÌýStudyÌýwithÌýin the undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral. Location: Enter through the doors of the mall on the side of Robert Bourassa. Descend halfway down the stairs and there will be a door to your right.

10:00 - 11:00 AM:ÌýÌýJoin Connie, Virginie, Kiki & Alice to get started on your wellness planning. In this workshop you will learn about what resources are available to you on and off-campus and how you can access the ones that are right for you.

12:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌýSacred StitchesÌýCraft Coffee HourÌýJoin us in the narthex every Thursday for crafts, chats, and warm drinks. Everyone is welcome - no skills or project required! Location: St. George's Anglican Church.

3:00 - 4:00 PM: Meditation with MORSLÌýJoin MORSL's meditation facilitator Milda Graham for a seated yogic meditation session with no prior experience assumed or required.ÌýThe beginning of this practice will engage the body to enhance seated meditation posture with comfort, and then introduce pranayama (breath awareness) to cultivate a more interiorized state, preparing the mind for the formal meditation session.Ìý

12:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýVisitÌýJoin ISS and other fellow international students on the Lachine Canal & Atwater Market Visit event which is one of the Summer Socials this year. We will stroll through the bustling Atwater Market, home to a vibrant mix of shops offering fresh spices, premium meats, artisanal cheeses, farm-fresh vegetables, and more. To wrap up, we will walk along the Lachine Canal and visit some observation spots on the way. Not to mention, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, share stories, and make friends!
