Help us raise awareness of the MCLL among harder-to-reach seniors, break the isolation, and give them a chance to become part of our vibrant community.
With your help we can:
- Host two or more public events on health, wellness and social connection to improve seniors' well-being.
- Launch "MCLL On the Road" to deliver lectures at seniors' residences, fostering intellectual stimulation and community engagement.
- Promote MCLL's online resources by hiring a social media specialist to highlight recorded lectures and learning materials.

Our Story
MCLL participants take part in interesting courses and thoughtful discussions as well as being part of a diverse and friendly community. Membership in MCLL can help combat the loneliness and isolation experienced by seniors and contribute to a richer and more rewarding life.
About 400 people take part in MCLL activities every term and although that鈥檚 an impressive number it represents only a small part of the English-speaking senior population of 132,000. We are eager to reach out to even more seniors to inform them of the benefits of MCLL membership and encourage them to join.
Our efforts to increase the membership of MCLL carry a cost. With sufficient funds we will engage an events organizer to plan and promote special events and programs for seniors' residences and a social media specialist to develop online stories and YouTube resources. Please donate so we can help people find and join MCLL, take part in our activities and enhance their quality of life.
