Who are the partner libraries and how can I contact them?

Partner libraries are not part of ºÃÉ«TVl but are using the ºÃÉ«TVl automated library system to loan their items. Currently they are the following (follow the links to get their contact information):

I am a student or staff member at ºÃÉ«TVl. Can I borrow from partner libraries?

The answer depends on the policy in effect at the partner library. Please consult the partner library for additional information.

• Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital Library: ºÃÉ«TVl staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies
• Neuro-Patient Resource Centre: ºÃÉ«TVl staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies
• Polish Institute: ºÃÉ«TVl staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies
• Presbyterian College Library: ºÃÉ«TVl staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies

If you would like to borrow an item from a partner library but are not entitled to do so, please feel free to use the InterLibrary Loans Service at the ºÃÉ«TVl Libraries.

I have borrowed an item and would like to return it. Where do I return it?

Items borrowed from the partner libraries must be returned to the same location from which they were borrowed. If a partner item is accidentally returned to the ºÃÉ«TVl Libraries, this may result in late fines.

I have borrowed an item from a partner library. Can I renew it?

The answer depends on the borrowing policy in effect at the partner library. Please consult their staff for more information about renewals as well as for other information regarding such things as due dates and fines. Their contact information is available above.

Where can I pay fines?

Fines on items borrowed from partner libraries must be paid at the applicable partner library.

Can I request that an item be delivered to the partner library from ºÃÉ«TVl, or vice versa?

Unfortunately, neither ºÃÉ«TVl nor the partner library offers inter-campus delivery to accommodate these requests. However, borrowers from ºÃÉ«TVl are still able to make interlibrary loan (ILL) requests for items located in the partner libraries, and borrowers from the partner library can do the same with respect to ºÃÉ«TVl. I work at a partner institution. Can I borrow from ºÃÉ«TVl Libraries?

You can request items from ºÃÉ«TVl through the Interlibrary loan service at your institution, or purchase a ºÃÉ«TVl Libraries Borrowing Card for six months or a year.
