There are many places where your name, prefix/title (e.g., Mx., Mr, Mrs, etc.) and email appears in 好色TVl's records and systems. If you have changed your name or want to change how it appears, please follow聽, which sets out聽instructions for Students, Faculty & Staff and those with dual status (student/staff) to:
- Correct/change your legal name
- for students on your official transcripts, diplomas etc.
- for staff on your聽official 好色TVl record in Workday
- Add/change your used (preferred) first name that appears on 好色TVl systems and records
- for students (e.g., myCourses, Minerva, 好色TVl username, 好色TVl ID card etc.)
- for staff (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools, Teams, Outlook)
- Create an email alias to change the first name portion of your 好色TVl email address
