The Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) is pleased to invite ºÃÉ«TVl faculty members and administrators toÌýan information session on the FRQNT’s Team grant program - competition (2013-2014).
This is an important presentation for Researchers in Natural sciences, Mathematical sciences and Engineering who are planning to participate in the upcoming Team grant competition; the agency will be outlining the new guidelines and major changes to the Team Grant Program. In addition, some valuable grant writing tips from the perspective of the evaluation committee.
Eligibility Conditions:
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Applicants must meet the general eligibility requirements set out in the document (section 1.1) as well as additional requirements identified in the detailed .
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý A team must be composed of at least two Academic Researchers (University or College) and may include collaborator(s) (see program guidelines for eligible status).
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý All regular team members must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, or provide proof that the process to obtain permanent residency has been initiated (Citizenship – Immigration Canada) as soon as it becomes available
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Note: Human health treatment projects with clinical components or which are focused on cellular or molecular biology, immunology, gene therapy, human reproduction or the neurosciences are not eligible.

ThisÌýsession will include a presentation given by Mr. Yves Marois, Program Officer at FRQNT and will be followed by a Q&A period. The session will be held in English.
