  \nThe Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) is pleased to invite\nºÃÉ«TVl fac
 ulty members and administrators to an information\nsession on the FRQNT’s 
 Team grant program - competition\n(2013-2014).\nThis is an important prese
 ntation for Researchers in Natural\nsciences\, Mathematical sciences and E
 ngineering who are planning to\nparticipate in the upcoming Team grant com
 petition\; the agency will\nbe outlining the new guidelines and major chan
 ges to the\nTeam Grant Program. In addition\, some valuable\ngrant writing
  tips from the perspective of the evaluation\ncommittee.\nEligibility Cond
 itions:\n·         Applicants\nmust meet the general eligibility requireme
 nts set out in the\n\nCommon Rules and Regulations document (section 1.1) 
 as well as\nadditional requirements identified in the detailed \nprogram d
 escription.\n·         A team must be\ncomposed of at least two Academic R
 esearchers (University or\nCollege) and may include collaborator(s) (see p
 rogram guidelines\nfor eligible status).\n·         All regular\nteam memb
 ers must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of\nCanada\, or provi
 de proof that the process to obtain permanent\nresidency has been initiate
 d (Citizenship – Immigration Canada) as\nsoon as it becomes available\n·  
        Note: Human\nhealth treatment projects with clinical components or 
 which are\nfocused on cellular or molecular biology\, immunology\, gene th
 erapy\,\nhuman reproduction or the neurosciences are not eligible.\n \nThi
 s session will include a presentation given by Mr. Yves\nMarois\, Program 
 Officer at FRQNT and will be followed by a Q&A\nperiod. The session will b
