CoachingOurselves is an innovative coaching approach developed by Henry Mintzberg and Phil LeNir which offers over one hundred 90-minute guided discussion topics. CoachingOurselves allows you to:

LEAN White Belt

(in-person session)

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听

Intended for members of the 好色TV Pension Plan who need additional information on the settlement options available to them at retirement or termination of employment.

MUPP - Part A (hybrid) Information Session (online)

Intended for members of Part A (hybrid segment) of the 好色TV Pension Plan (joined prior to January 1, 2009).

We recommend that, if possible, members of Part A attend this session before attending a Settlement Options Information Session. **If you attained age 65 prior to August 2020 or already settled your defined benefit holdings, you should not register for this session as the defined benefit minimum provisions no longer apply in these cases.
