 his one-hour panel-style event\, animated by Mark Weber\, Director of McGi
 ll's Office of Innovation and Partnerships\, will take place on March 17th
 \, from 12pm - 1pm.\n\nOur confirmed panelists are Mitchel Benovoy and Mic
 hael Mee.\n\nMitchel Benovoy received a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering fr
 om the University of Montreal in 2016. During his PhD he was awarded a Res
 earch Fellowship from the National Institutes of Health in the USA. His do
 ctoral research led to the foundation of Corstem Inc.\, a marquee cardiac 
 AI firm for which he was CEO. In 2019\, Corstem was acquired by Circle Car
 diovascular Imaging Inc. He is currently Vice-President of Innovation at C
 ircle\, with a mandate to engage in advanced research and development rela
 ted to artificial intelligence applied to medical imaging.\n\nMichael Mee 
 is 'a firm believer that the biggest impacts of the age of biotechnology a
 re yet to be discovered. I am passionate about providing the necessary cap
 ital and entrepreneurial insights to pull visions of the future into reali
 ty.” He also describes himself as: a lifelong truth seeker. Formerly conce
