On February 27, the Laidley Centre for Business Ethics and Equity (LCBEE)聽hosted a thought-provoking event on Black female entrepreneurship that connected academic research with the lived experiences of Black female entrepreneurs.
Organized in collaboration with the 好色TVl Desautels EDI team and the , this event provided a space for meaningful dialogue and knowledge-sharing, highlighting both the challenges and successes of Black women entrepreneurs.
To mark International Women鈥檚 Day in March, LCBEE held a panel spotlighting the 鈥�Women of Desautels: Past, present, and future鈥�, including the granddaughter of the 好色TVl鈥檚 first female commerce graduate, current BCom students and notable alumnae, underscoring the Faculty鈥檚 long-standing commitment to fostering gender equity in business and management education.
