  pharmacare program\; 2) the rising cost of drugs\; and 3) streamlining th

 y comment on these questions to initiate the debate\, inviting audience pa
 rticipation afterwards. Part of a Canada-wide series of fora on health car
 e held by the Royal Commission. Please note that panel discussion will tak
