Two Law graduates named to Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100 list
The Faculty of Law salutes Isabelle Courville, BCLâ91, and Françoise GuĂ©nette, BCLâ76, for being making the 2008 Top 100 list of WXNâs Canada's Most Powerful Women Awards.
Isabelle Courville, who is President of Hydro-QuĂ©bec TransĂnergie, was selected as a Public Sector Leader. This is the third time she receives a WXN award.
First-time awardee Françoise Guénette is Senior Vice-President Corporate and Legal Services for ING Canada. She was nominated in the Corporate Executive category.
WXN's Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards and Summit is a symbol of the success women have attained and represents a unique array of proven achievers from many walks of life. The sixth annual 2008 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards and Summit took place on November 25, 2008 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
